Pizza lovers raised your hands up! Remember a few months ago I shared PizzArt Campaign by Anchor Food Professionals? Due to the huge sounding success of the first PizzaArt campaign, Anchor Food Professionals is celebrating this festive season by showcasing the second phase of PizzArt Campaign!
This round the PizzArt campaign takes the enjoyment of pizza a notch up by infusing global food trends into local favourites. Anchor Food Professionals are working with 18 outlets in Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia to introduce 5 new types of pizzas to pizza lovers!
Most of you would be aware that these unique PizzArt pizzas were conceptualised and created by the Anchor Food Professionals’ Hot Cooking Chefs as a way to help their partners create more excitement and variety in what they offer to their customers. These pizzas are made by kitchen crew with advanced culinary skills and in restaurants with pizza ovens only. Not forgetting that they’re using only the best of Anchor products in it *wink* Are you ready to find out the new pizzas? Let’s go!
Housed in a cute bum shaped (kinda similar to coconut) – it features succulent grilled minced lamb patty stuffed with Anchor Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese, then baked in light crust with Anchor Butter.
Upon cutting the pizza, you’ll be quite amazed with the oozing cheese and juicy grilled lamb.
Oh..boy this is one of the most unique pizza I’ve seen. Why? It’s GLUTEN free! Yes, you heard me right! The pizza base is made entirely out of ground chicken breast deep fried to crusty perfection before being baked with Anchor mixed cheeses on top.
Did you notice that it’s topped with generous fresh greens on the top? The perfect pizza for those who’re watching their diet!
Deep Cheese Pizza
Inspired by Chicago-authentic deep fish pizza, it features an elevated layer of stuffing filled with creamy, delicious Anchor Mozzarella Cheese and Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese with a hearty Putanesca filling. Bet you’ll love the tasty BBQ flavour too!
This pizza incorporates Anchor Cream Cheese and Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream and incorporates into the dough before it is baked and served with a side of pizza dipping sauce. Did I mentioned that it has salmon filling too?
A perfect breakfast and snack dish – the pizza roll is stuffed with Anchor Mozzarella Cheese, Anchor Shredded Parmesan Cheese and Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese, Masala lamb and spinach. The oozing cheesiness is simply quite amazing!
