Ramadan month is upon us and what’s your favorite activity? For me, it’s definitely visiting Ramadan Bazaars to sample their fantastic offerings and berbuka puasa with colleagues, friends and family. I just love all those flavorful dishes such as rending, acar buah, ayam percik and so much more. It’s not easy to cook those dishes for it takes a few hours to do it (pretty time consuming). What if there’s a faster way to cook it? I meant like in 40 minutes or less. Unbelievable but simply true!
I was privileged to be invited to a cooking demonstration showcasing delectable Malay cuisine by Chef Marina Musafa using the new generation Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker! You can get your ‘MUST HAVE’ favorite traditional Raya dishes in a matter of minutes. It’s tasty, super-fast and extremely convenient to make just by using Philips All-in-One Pressure Cooker.
What’s so great about this product? Firstly, the new generation Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker is equipped with an intelligent cooking system that allows us to slow cook or pressure cook. Secondly, it’s a one-pot wonders that we can use to sauté, sear, bake, reheat and warm up our meals. Did I mentioned, the Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker can cook 8 times faster saving time and energy!
Apart from that, it’s equipped with various menu buttons for cooking and steaming a variety of dishes ranging from soup, risotto and rice to meat and poultry as well as bake cakes. The best part is the new generation Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker has 9 safety protection systems and comes with a pressure regulator that is microchip-controlled. There is no need to discharge the pressure manually or wait for the pressure to drop naturally as the cooker cools.
During the event, we were simply blown away by how fast and easy Chef Marina Mustafa whipped up her traditional Beef Rendang in less than 40 minutes using the latest Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker. Apart from that, we also get to see other Chefs in action demonstrating other traditional dishes such as:
- Lamb Shank Kurma by Chef Jovin Lee
- Acar buah by Ruby
- Mee Rebus Tulang by Anna Sha
- Kuih Gula Hangus by Chef Ichiro
We also get to see our blogger friend Ruby cooking up her ‘acar buah’ using the Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker. She shared her experience using the pressure cooker and encourages us to purchase it as it’s now so hassle free to prepare tasty meals for the family.
The all new Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker (HD2137/62) is priced at RM799.
