In just a couple of weeks, it’s Mid-Autumn festival day. Do you have any idea where to go for your mooncakes? Well, let me share my experience savouring sweet mooncake session at Dynasty Restaurant, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel.
This year, the chef’s at award winning Dynasty Restaurant is proud to offer twelve types of baked and snowskin mooncakes using pure and natural ingredients. These mooncakes are available for purchase at Dynasty Restaurant from 29 August to 4th October 2017 and at Mid Valley Megamall from 14 September to 4 October 2017.
Some of the notable classic are Pandan lotus paste with single salted yolk, low sugar White lotus paste with single slated yolk. Bamboo Charcoal green tea black sesame and Red Bean paste are hot favourites too!
One of my top favourites that night was Dynasty’s home-made signatures, the Baked Assorted Nuts & Seeds mooncake. It contains generous portions of various nuts and seeds combined with hint of spices that’s extremely yummy.
Apart from that, I also tried various snow skin mooncake. Some of the notable mentions are Snow skin Durian Paste, Alisan tea paste with green tea, yam paste with single egg yolk and many more. Nothing beat the taste of chill sweet mooncakes melting into your mouth!
Besides the conventional baked mooncakes and the snow skin ones. Dynasty is also offering a range of baked mini mooncakes.
