This Fresh Prawn Wonton in Sichuan Sauce wantons are a famous side dish in Sichuan China and is highly addictive.
An aromatic twist to Mak Chee’s signature sea-prawn wonton, is to serve it in special Sichuan-style spicy sauce. The sauce is made from homemade chilli oil, peppercorn, vinegar, soy, garlic, sesame oil. The sourish and slightly spicy sauce certainly light up my palate. Extremely appetizing and highly addictive, this plate of wantons are superbly good! Take note this dish is on limited time from now till 31 October 2017.
