Double boiled broth with premium ingredients from the sea is certainly hearty
Although the chicken tasted great, duck meat wins my vote for this platter with its crispy skin.
Fresh fish steamed to perfection with soy sauce is one of my favourites
Fragrant and crispy fried prawn, each bite is certainly crunchy
Highlight of the menu and is braised to perfection, smackingly good.
Fragrant rice laden with tasty preserved meats and sausages wrapped in lotus leaf.
Ended the meal with sumptuous desserts like Chilled Sea Coconut with Sow Lotus Seets, Snow Fungus and Red Dates and Deep Fried ‘Nian Gao’ with Banana Cream which are a must have during this festive season.
