If you love flowers just like I do, then Mamonde a beauty care brand that’s inspired by flowers is the one for you. Recently, Mamonde launched their latest flower toner range to cater to different types of skin. Using flowers that are grown in the Mamonde Garden, beauty lovers will definitely love each of the brand new toner range.
We visited a pop up vision of Mamonde’s Garden in the City at Mid Valley. Inspired by Mamonde Rose Garden Pop Up in Everland, Seoul; the Mamonde’s Garden in the City is beautifully decorated and divided into several sessions for us to know learn more about the new flower toner.
There are FIVE selected flowers used in the formulation on Mamonde’s Flower Toner Series, from Rose, Chamomile, Plum Blossom, Buckwheat Honey and Heartleaf Houttuynia. Each of these flower possess unique properties that help in bringing beauty back into full bloom.
Rose Water Toner
Suitable for all skin type, Mamonde Rose Water Toner is infused with 90.97% rose water to provide excellent soothing and moisturizing care for the skin. It absorbs into the skin immediately and soften rough, flaky skin to reveal a clear and vibrant complexion. This is my current toner obsession for this year!
Chamomile plant contains soothing properties that helps sooth and alleviates inflammation and roughening of the skin. The toner is more suitable for sensitive skin. It contains Chamomile extract and provides excellent soothing and moisturizing effect to the skin.
Aqua Peel Toner
Mamonde discovered that the Plum flower contains anti-oxidant properties that is effective in moisturizing and purifying the skin for a clear and flawless complexion. The Plum fruit, on the other hand is known for its skin tightening and soothing effects as well as its high content or organic acids (citric acid and malic acid). Hence, Mamonde Aqua Peel Toner is suitable for dry and combination skin. It wipes away dead cells from the skin’s surface, leaving skin feeling smooth and moisturized.
Flower Honey Toner
Buckwheat Honey produced during the flowering season contains high level of enzymes and powerful antibacterial features that can protect the skin from external stimuli. Hence, Mamonde has developed Flower Honey Toner that is suitable for users who are facing extreme dryness and signs of aging.
Pore Clean Toner
Contain Heartleaf Houttuynia, a flower native to Japan which is used widely as herbal medicine as it is rich in protein, minerals and vitamin B. Mamonde Pore Clean Toner is suitable for oily skin. The double layered toner is formulated with Eoseongcho tincture and mud from Korea’s West Coast, which helps control sebum and tighten pores, keeping skin soft and supple. Hence, you have to shake to mix the content of the product before use. Moisten a cotton pad with the toner and gently sweep over the face following the skin texture.
