I love a good seafood feast, but fresh seafood is hard to come by. If you’re like me finding it a problem to have fresh seafood, you should check out Sedap Restaurant, Pullman KLCC extensive Unlimited Fresh Seafood feast! On top of that, a variety choice of grill and deliciously marinated meats are definitely the main attraction for the BBQ lovers.
What’s unique about this buffet at Sedap Reastaurant? It’s my first-time experiencing chefs catching live tiger prawns from the aquarium to cook. I can opt for grill, poach, or simmer in superior stock soup base.
Apart from that, at the live oyster’s section, the chefs will shuck the premium oysters and serve it fresh to guests! You will get to taste the sweet brininess as well as freshness of each bite.
The Unlimited Seafood Buffet also serves a varieties of cold seafood section such as slipper lobsters, scallops, clams, yabbies and many more.
Another highlight is to enjoy the Boston Lobster! I was served with half fresh Boston lobster oven-baked, topped off with chef’s creation recipes with fusion twist, percik sauce. The taste was amazing and had me asking for more!
For BBQ meat lovers, you can indulge in a wide selection of beef and lamb steak, marinated stingray, grilled clams with Portuguese sauce, sausages, fish otak-otak and chicken wings. There’s also grill skewers available such as beef satay, fish tikka, chicken and beef meatball, chicken liver and assortment of veggies.
I also enjoyed an array of sushi and sashimi at the buffet. The Japanese chicken yakitori skewers and deep-fried tempura tasted great. There’s also whole Norwegian salmon served in big, juicy slabs of fillet and roasted whole lamb with nasi briyani. *yums*
As most of you know, I’m a dessert person. Hence, tried out the new Yogurt Ice Cream machine which you can choose between, plain, passionfruit or mix flavours. There are tons of condiments toppings available. Pastries and cakes from Sedap Restaurant do not disappoint. I had my fill of baked cheesecake, red velvet cheese mousse, chocolate brownies rocher, strawberry panna cotta and lemon choux puff.
