The beautiful platter features 4 unique appetizers. Loved the XO Fortune Money Bag with Bean Curd Folder that’s presented like a sushi roll which is simply flavourful.  The Crispy Pork Belly with Apple has a truly crisp skin, pairing it with sweet cube apples was really tasty. As for the Seafood wrapped in Rice Paper tasted good as well.

A hearty warmth bowl of soup that’s really flavourful, packed with fresh crab and sea treasure.

Braised Boneless Duck Leg, Dried Seafood and Whole Abalone

Enjoy the Braised Boneless Duck Leg that’s juicy and moist which is accompanied with dried seafood and a whole abalone. The abalone is extremely tender and succulent filled with flavours that seemly light up my palate. However, the sauce is a tad too salty for my preference.

Adored this dish as the fresh king prawns was moist and tasty. The flat noodles goes really well with the king prawn as it fully absorbs the gingery sauce. One of the best dish for the night.

Presented in a coconut, this dessert is truly tantalizing. A good choice by using double boil bird nest and aloe vera infused with a touch of coconut flavour. This is one soothing dessert that I wished I had more.

One look at the gorgeous traditional Alkaline Cake and I’m truly in love. Soft and bouncy in texture with a light sweetness and a touch of crunchiness from the ‘ma tai’ makes me crave for more.
