We couldn’t stop ourselves from polishing every single morsel from this dish. The ‘Wok Hei’ was fantastic. Salted egg yolk rich flavour just burst in our mouth. Did I mention the juiciness of the crab meat? The hint of spice from the curry leaves elevate the taste of the dish. Simply perfect!
French Crabs in Black Pepper style
Another superb offering from Chynna, Hilton Kuala Lumpur. The crab meat was well-seasoned and has just the right touch of peppery dry consistency. We licked the plate clean!
Giant Mud Crabs in Kam Heong style
This is one of the most popular way to cooked crabs. Featuring sweet crab meat cooked with curry leaves and chilies make this a beautiful combination. Robust flavors with just the right touch of crunch!
Giant Mud Crabs in Signature Durian Cream Sauce
Now, this is the most unique dish I’ve ever encountered. Never had I tried crabs in durian cream sauce and I was surprised how tasty it can be. The Chef uses cheese to balance the sweetness of durian sauce. Upon eating you can feel the tinge of saltiness and sweetness combo; and it truly compliments each other well. However, this dish is a required taste so give it a try if you dare *wink*
