Holiday Inn® Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie in collaboration with Caldbeck Macregor and AMC Malaysia held a “Wellness” event at The Mix, a welcoming retro bar operated by the hotel. The event aims to share “Wellness” tips on healthy eating and drinking that will improve our daily diet and cultivate a healthy lifestyle. I was glad to be invited and attended the event with a couple of my girlfriends.
To support this message, AMC Malaysia, a market leader in cookware held a live cooking demonstration, with their house chef preparing a healthy grilled salmon dish without the need to add oil. Also available on that night, was wine sampling activities held by Caldbeck Macgregor.
We were treated to delicious mains and canapes paired together with a selection of wines from Caldbeck Macgregor for the night. We had great fun gathering at the event and learnt some new tips on wellness.
