I brought my kids together for their very first Christmas Buffet outing. They were so excited about it! It’s such a good way to spend magical Christmas moments with great delish offerings at Paya Serai.
We savor a well-curated Christmas buffet spread, featuring seasonal specials by Paya Serai’s culinary artisans. There’s the comforting classics such as Traditional Roasted Tom Turkey, Ribeye Wellington, Braised Lamb with Vegetables, Veal with Mushroom Ragout and Seafood Thermidor.
The kids had their sweet tooth fixed with festive sweet treats which includes Chocolate Yule Log Cake, Christmas Pudding with Chocolate Cherry Compote, Gingerbread Butter Pudding, Poached Pear with Gingerbread Spice and Fruit Stollen.
There’s also a variety of Christmas pie available and my favorite was the Lamb Masala pie. The crust was light and fluffy with bit sizes masala lamb spiced meat fill to brim on the inside. Apart from that, we also sampled a variety of fresh sashimi, salads, satay, fish bass, roast duck, pasta and many more.
