With Ramandan coming around the corner, every hotel in klang valley is showcasing a special theme for the ‘buka puasa’ menu. Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside is definitely unique offering guests a Magical Ramadan Night feast that’s quite unparalleled to others. I was there together with my family to have a first look at this magnificent feast.
Arriving there, we were greeted warmly by the PR team and to my son delight there were clowns walking about giving away balloons.
Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside is offering a selection of over 100 Malaysian and international dishes, as well as 7 forms of live entertainment each and every evening of Ramadan. The F&B area was huge and there were several dedicated stalls available ranging from International, Chinese, Indian & Malay dishes.
The drinks bar was equally impressive and this is the first hotel I went that provides can drinks, bottled juices, smoothies and lots more.
Over at the corner facing the lakeside, the fruit stalls are serving local delights such as mangosteen, nangka, banana and the king of fruits -DURIAN! Enjoy your fruits while watching the sunset and gentle wind breezes thru your hair.
After having a go at my favourite Durian, I headed off to check out the live station and was quite impressed. There you’ll find several type of noodles ranging from Laksa, Prawn Noodles, Kuey Teow Soup and its served together with a variety of condiments. You can also select some dim sum and other chinese cuisine here as well.
There’s also the mamak stall, chicken rice stall and grill corner available as well. The grill corner features a varieties of fresh seafood such as crabs, ikan pari, sotong, prawns and lots more. Also must note to grab some slices of the yummy Roasted Lamb 😀
The highlight of the evening however was a live, personalised “call to prayer” which was broadcast from the third level of the beautiful, neon lit Clock Tower which is also the stunning centrepiece of this leading 5 star hotel in Putrajaya.

After snapping our group photograph, I brought my son to the dessert area and was he excited when he saw its a room filled with a variety of desserts. We’ve got cakes, fruit tarts, popcorns, ice cream, assorted Malay kuih and lots more to choose from.
We enjoyed our festive meal being serenaded late into the night by the live band and this was certainly one of the most interesting feast I had.
Magical Ramadhan Nights is available from 7th June 2016 to 3 July 2016, nightly from 7.00pm till 10.30pm. Price as follows:
