Last Thursday, after running a couple of errands at Mid Valley Megamall, I decided to meet up with my friend Fiona for luncheon. I’ve heard heard rave reviews about the latest cafe opened in Mid Valley Megamall known as Mini Mini Cafe. Now, Fiona has tried it before and she recommended me to check the cafe out. So, we both headed to Level 3 to have a taste of this cute cafe. (p/s: Mini Mini Cafe is located at same level of GSC Cinema, South Court Mid Valley Megamall or known as Metrojaya side)
The cafe layout is pretty unique as the cafe is located at both side (left & right) while in the middle it’s an open area. Walked into Mini Mini Cafe and you’ll be greeted by friendly staff at the self service counter . The place is brightly decorated and uses mainly white as their colour scheme. Going for the classy minimalist look, it has high chandeliers and quaint furnitures articulately set up around the cafe.
After placing our orders, I decided to roam about and check out the miniature’s dolls and displays available at Mini Mini Cafe. I’m truly impressed by the artist’s work, as they pay a lot of attention to details in creating the miniature’s sets. Take a look at some of my favourites figurines: (p/s: heard the Goldfish Shop displayed was imported all the way from Hong Kong and it’s the only one in the market *wow*)

Finishing taking pictures, I sat down to enjoy my meal. Me & Fiona ordered a couple of their signature dishes and drinks. For drinks, we ordered their signature Iced Earl Grey Chocolate and Latte Freddo. This is the first time, I’ve tried Earl Grey tea with chocolate and its truly delicious. The flavours of the fragrant Early Grey tea combined with chocolate was perfectly well-balanced and I was tempted to order another glass. Definitely, one of the ‘Must Try‘ drinks! As for the Latte Freddo, it was equally good as well as Mini Mini Cafe uses high quality coffee beans from Illy.
Next, we had the signature Hawaiian Chicken Pizza that’s made of thin crust bread, pineapples, chunky chicken, onions and topped with mozzarella cheese. It’s also served with sweet potatoes wedges, yam wedges, fresh salads and mayonnaise. The pizza’s crust was crisp and crunchy, while the sweetness of the pineapple just burst in my mouth. The sweet potato and yam wedges is tasty as well.

Our second dish was the Peanut Butter & Banana Waffle served with a scoop of chocolate ice cream. I loved the waffles for its crisp and soft. The peanut butter combine with chocolate and banana definitely scored high with my tastebud. Sweet and savoury, we’ve got the gooey creamy peanut butter, drizzle with Hershey Chocolate syrup that will drive you nuts. Absolutely divine and for that this is a ‘Must Try‘ dish.
I truly enjoyed my meal at Mini Mini Cafe while feasting my eyes on the beautiful miniature figurines. Although it’s called Mini Mini Cafe rest assured the food are definitely a good healthy size portion. By the way, if you’re keen to purchase figurines, they’ve got some ready stock miniature sets or dolls available for sale so feel free to enquire within. Also do note that Mini Mini Cafe is pork free as well. Till then, keep a look out for my next cafe hopping journey!
