This month indulge your palate with the latest Tony Roma’s promotion menu – Ribs, Seafood and Steak. Available for a limited time only from 7th September till 18th October. Let’s take a look on what we have on the menu.
Beef Short Rib with Cranberry Demi-Glace is grilled beef short rib topped with homemade cranberry demi-glace. Served with fire-roasted vegetables and loaded mashed potatoes. Tender ribs with a sweet sauce such a nice combination. However, might be a tad too sweet dependant on individual’s preferences.
Salmon with Shrimp in Lemon Sauce is grilled salmon topped with shrimp sauteed in housemade lemon sauce. Served with a choice of two side dishes and we opt to go for rice and grilled vegetables. The lemon sauce is the speciality of this dish and paired it with a juicy salmon and fresh flavourful shrimps that will set your mouth drooling. We requested for more of the sauce as it’s so appetizing.
Filet Mignon with Fried Onion Rings & Demi Glace is grilled according to our liking (we opt for medium rare) and served together with onion rings and mash potatoes. This comes highly recommended as the filet mignon was very tender and succulent. Onion rings and mash potatoes tasted good as well.
Apart from the food, the new promotion menu also introduces Virgin Romaritas shaken with ice and served in sugar-rimmed cocktail glasses.
Romarita is the ultimate tart and sweet pairing of orange juice, fresh lime juice and lime sour mix. For Wild Berry Romarita its filled with amazing wild berry, orange juice, fresh lime juice and lime sour mix. If berries are not too your liking, try Mango Romarita – an adventurous island mix of mango, orange juice, fresh lime juice and lime sour mix that is served with a fresh orange wedge. Last not but least my favourite Virgin Romarita for the night Strawberry Romarita which is a mix of strawberry, orange juice, lime sour and fresh lime juice that’s served with strawberry garnish.
