hi , can i use moiturizer after using blemish & oil control hydrating lotion?
The lotion works like toner so yes you may use moisturizer after that
Hi, is the lotion works as toner or do i have to buy another toner ?
For Hada Labo and most Japanese brands lotions are the same as toners 😀

Can i use this hydrating lostion as a moisturiser?,
You will still need to add on a moisturizer. The hydrating lotion is actually toner. In Japan, most of their toner are named as lotions 😀
is hada labo suitable for combination skin ?
yes it is. However, do note skincare efficacy will differ for different skin 😀
I have dry skin right now, can i use these products or it just for oily skin only ?
It might not be suitable as the product is used to control oil production. Suggestion to go for hydrating range.
