Steamed Dim Sum
I ordered a variety of steamed dim sum such as Abalone “Siew Mai” chicken and shrimp dumplings, Braised chicken feet with dried scallop abalone sauce, “Har Kaw” crystal dumplings filled with prawn and asparagus and many more. Highly recommend the flavoursome melt in your mouth chicken feet with a tinge of spice as well as the abalone siew mai!
Fried Dim Sum
Here are some of our favourite items from the fried dim sum range. We’ve got the Shrimp dumplings served with wasabi dressing, Pan-fried Shanghai dumpling, Wok-fried radish cake with XO sauce and several others. Top favourite was the shrimp dumplings that’s fried to crisp perfection and yet retaining the freshness of the juicy prawn. Dip it with wasabi dressing for an extra kick. The kids also loved the Wok-fried radish cake with XO sauce.
Rice/ Noodle
If you loved fried rice, you should definitely order this “Yang Zhou” fried rice with prawns and barbecued chicken. Its so good that my family order 3 plates of this dish!
Meat/Poultry
Thumbs up for the meat/poultry dishes. It’s one of the best I ever had. To name a few of our favourites includes Wok-fried sliced lamb with cumin and chilli and coriander leaves and Wok-fried beef onion & capsicum. It has such interesting myriad of flavours that just explodes in your mouth. Meats were juicy and tender! We ordered quite a few refills for these dishes.
Appetizers/ Soup of the Day
As for appetizers we tried Chilled cucumber and jelly fish in chilli oil and Grilled smoked duck in Thai style. It was our first time trying, smoked duck in Thai style, we definitely loved it!
