Breast Cancer is such a serious issue but always we choose to ignore. We will always use excuses that we have the following day, weeks or months to conduct our self-check but in the end we never get around to doing it. So, for the sake of our loved ones, let us support Shokubutsu Pledge-To-Self-Check During Shower campaign. Partnered by National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM), this campaign aims to educate and encourage women to conduct monthly self-check during showering period. The earlier breast cancer is detected it increases our survival rate against it.
Its easy peasy and only takes less than 5 minutes of your shower time. Here’s a simple guide:

The Shokubutsu Pledge-To-Self-Check During Shower campaign runs from 1 October till 30 November 2015. Every bottle sold during the campaign period translates into 1 pledge where Shokubutsu will contribute RM0.10 to NCSM. Shokubutsu aims to raise RM25,000 through the 250,000 pledges. In support of this campaign, Shokubutsu will organise nationwide roadshows, in-store promotions and social media activation as well.
On top of that, log on to https://www.facebook.com/ShokubutsuMalaysia to upload and share your pledge with friends. You’ll receive a Free 3D Mammogram with consultation voucher when they buy a Thin Prep (Pap Smear) at NCSM Cancer and Health Screening Clinic!
So ladies, let’s do our part and pledge to self-check our breast (monthly) for early breast cancer detection. Never forget, the steps and precaution you take now affects your life and the happiness of those who cared for you.
