There’s Just Mediterranean section featuring over burnt canapes, toast, cured and artisan bred. Pair it with a hearty bowl of tomato soup!
If you prefer fresh food like sashimi, try it at Just Japanese. Apart from sashimi, they also served robatayaki, sushi and many more. Sashimi was really fresh 😀
Desserts lover must definitely head to JUST DESSERT station. There are tons of desserts like tiramisu cake, ice kacang, gelatos, fruit tarts and many more. My recommendation try the chocolate gelato, fruit tart and chocolate cheese cake.
For those who prefer a hearty meal, there’s individually plated main courses available. These main courses can be added on top of the semi buffet. Choose from Beef Short Ribs Noodles, Spiced Sweet Potato Gravy, Grilled Perchik Chicken, Roasted Butternut Squash, Grilled Marinated Duck Breast, Yellow Curry and Barramundi Assam Butter, Fresh Herbs Salad. My favorite main dish are Beef Short Ribs Noodles & Barramundi Assam Butter. Each main dish has a unique fusion twist that will make you crave for more!
By the way, you can watch the Chef preparing your meals meticulously using top-notch ingredients. This is because Flock practices open kitchen concept. Lastly, if you’re feeling thirsty and needs a refreshing fruity drink. Then, opt to add on fruit juices in this semi buffet.
