The eyes are the window to our soul and saying that Talika is proud to unveil its new range of products which focuses on our beautiful eyes. The range of products include Lipocils Platinium® (eyelash serum), Eyebrow Lipocils Ink (makeup product for the brows) and Eye Quintessence® (Day/Night Serum and cream for the eyes). Without further ado, let’s take a closer look at this product range.
Lipocils Platinium (RM480, 8.5ml x 2)
For those who what longer, darker and curlier eyelashes – Talika Lipocils Platinium is the one for you. This is the first time I’ve seen an eye serum specifically designed for Day/Night functions and comes in a separate tube as well.
Day Serum
Comes with a duo wand applicator, whereby the mascara brush is to apply the serum evenly on each strand of our eyelash whilst the foam tip is use on the eyelash base to stimulate growth. It contains Lipocils mythical Plant Complex that helps to stimulate growth of eyelashes for length and thickness. Meanwhile Silk Extract forms a film which protects the lashes from external aggressions and in fact improves the resistance of mascara. In other words, this acts as a mascara base as well.
Night Serum
Apart from Lipocils mythical Plant Complex that helps to stimulate growth of eyelashes for length and thickness. It also contains Red Clover Flower which ‘awakens’ the eyelashes by shortening their phase of inactivity and extending their growth phase. Use the thin applicator to apply on the roots of your eyelash and soon you’ll have more visible lashes!
Eyebrow Lipocils Ink (RM95, 0.8ml)
Next, let’s move on to our eyebrows. Introducing the Eyebrow Lipocils Ink, an innovative treatment which combines a growth stimulant with a cosmetic formula to give our brow a more define look.
It contains Mythical Liposourcils Plant Complex which stimulates the growth of eyebrows making them thicker, stronger and fills the sparse areas. Peptide Expert, provides an anti-aging effect by improving the quality of the bulb cells to promote “the anchoring” of the root of the eyebrow and halts it fall. To stimulate synthesis of melanin and natural pigment of the eyebrow, Coleus is added into the serum. There are two colours available however in Malaysia we’ve only got the brown colour.
Tried the Eyebrow Lipocils Ink and it’s quite watery. You’ll have to layer it to get the pigment colour to pop. Extremely water proof and smudge proof as well.
Eye Quintessence (RM275, 10 ml x 2)
The final product in this range the Eye Quintessence is probably my favourite product from this range. Why? Eye Quintessence works as an eye care to contour our eyes area. It comes in a duo pump packaged bottle containing day (serum) and night (cream), saving us the hassle of choosing either a serum or cream, protection or regeneration and so forth for day or night application.
Protective Day Cream
Formulated with Light + Photo Beauty Enzyme, it helps to repair the DNA altered in cutaneous cells by UV rays and boost all cellular functions. Escine stimulates the microcirculation for an anti-dark circle and anti-puffiness effect. Vitamin B3 works to attenuates dark spots associated with aging and illuminates the eye contour. Lastly, Konjac Fibers hydrates and plumps to prove an immediate lifting effect.
Ultra-Concentrated Night Serum
To stimulate collagen and elastin synthesis, smoothes lines and wrinkles in the crow’s feet area, St Paul Wort extract is used to’ lifts’ the eyelid. Silk Tree Extract protects from aging and external aggressions. It also contains Light + Photo Beauty Enzyme which helps to repair DNA and boost all cellular functions. Lastly, Light + Photo – Beauty Hydra to improve hydration and provide antioxidant action.
