U.S. Potato Fries & Burger Fiesta Trip To Card Cafe

With the on-going U.S. Fries and Burger Fiesta happening in Klang Valley, I decided to head out and look for a bite at one of the many burger joints participating in this campaign. Lo and behold, there’s one located in Klang and it’s none other than Card Café. Being a true Klangnite, I headed off to support my local town’s folk. At Card Cafe, I was presented with two creations for U.S. Fries and Burger Fiesta, namely Crispy Fish Burger and Signature Chicken Burger.

The first burger creation to arrived was Crispy Fish Burger. It’s made with seeded soft bun sandwich with battered crisp fried dory fish fillet, sweet pineapple ring, cheese sauce, green coral, gherkin slice, tomato slices and onion slices. Served with a generous topping of tartar sauce and crunchy U.S. Lattice Fries.

Upon, finishing my fish burger, I moved on to try Card Cafe Signature Chicken Burger . It’s also made with seeded soft bun sandwich with grilled herb chicken chop marinated with sweet brown sauce topped with green coral, gherkin slice, tomato slices and onion slice. Laden in aioli sauce (homemade recipe) served together with crisp U.S Lattice Fries.

Take a bite and be prepared for a whole lot of messiness as the burgers are soaked in generous dressing.
