A Chinese New Year Feast of Joy, Togetherness & Prosperity at China House, Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences (Pullman KLCC)

Pullman CNY 2021 MP

With MCO extended, heading out to dine with family for Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner is not possible. However, you can always take-away from your favorite restaurants and celebrate in the warmth of your own home.

One of my favorite restaurant is China House from Pullman KLCC. They serve authentic Chinese cuisine culinary dishes and taste really good. This Chinese New Year, China House has prepared several set menus, ala carte dishes, poon choi and one must not miss ‘Yee Sang’ to welcome the Year of the Ox.

Red Signature Superfood Healthy Yee Sang

It’s ‘Huat Time’ with a yummylicious healthy and fruity plate of ‘Yee Sang’. There’s avocado, quinoa, baby spinach, wolfberry, cherry tomato, honey mandarin orange, dragon fruit and many more. Drizzle with your choice of sauce such as yoghurt plum sauce, pineapple plum sauce and traditional yee sang sauce.

Double Boiled Lunar Clam Meat with black chicken conpoy soup

Warm the tummy with this nutritious soup. Simply nourishing, every mouthful is a delight!

Roasted Australian Lamb rack with cumin crust

Juicy and tender meat marinated with herbs that burst in rich flavors on my palate. Highly recommended!

Traditional steamed cod fish fillet

Light and easy, the cod fish fillet taste absolutely amazing with the sweet sauce.

Stir Fried Tiger Prawn with marmite sauce

Another one of my favorite dish, is this stir fried prawns. The marmite sauce goes well with the freshness of the prawns. Enjoy every bite of it.

Braised bean curd with pumpkin sauce and green vegetables

My mom loved this dish the most as the pumpkin sauce was not too sweet. Pair with fresh greens, mushrooms and silky tofu, taste really great.

Steamed yam rice with wax meat combination

Not to be missed is this delightful yam rice topped with generous portion of wax meat.

Double boiled soup longan, candied dates with Snow Nest & “Nian Gao” Steamed Rice Cake

End your dinner with something sweet. Chill your parch throat with this longan soup but you might be hesitate to eat the ‘Nian Gao’. The koi fish ‘Nian Gao’, is just too cute to be eaten *lolx*
