Remember two months ago, I blogged about my spa trip at Phillip Wain, Starhill. Well, I missed the spa so much that I’ve decided to head for another visit this month. However, I’ve a surprised up my sleeve as it’s my sister’s birthday month as well. So, I’ve planned a surprise spa treat at Phillip Wain, Starhill.
Being her first time at Phillip Wain, I pointed out to her that she can actually select whether to go for treatment such as facial, massage, manicure & pedicures. Being a one stop beauty salon, Phillip Wain also offers of health and fitness program as well.
After collecting our robes at the counter, we headed off to the changing room. We’ve booked our treatment in advance but she’s unaware that that I’m paying on her behalf 😀
She opted for the Aromatherapy Massage using Lavender Oil as she needs a calming and relaxing massage due to work stress. This massage will take about 1 hour 30 minutes.
As for me, I opted for the latest spa treatment at Phillip Wain – Vino Top To Toe Therapy. This spa body therapy uses Bruno Vassari products from Spain and contains Grape (Polyphenols) that’s great for anti-ageing and firming of the body. Apart from that, it also helps to detoxified and reduce water retention giving my body a healthier and radiant glow. What best about this treatment? The Vino Top To Toe Therapy comes with scalp and hair treatment using Physia products from Italy and contains pure natural essential oils that’ free from chemical , sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) & sodium laureth sulfate (SLES) -foaming agents.

After applying revitalizing body mask all over my body, the masseuse wrapped me in a thermal blanket. Why thermal blanket? It helps me detoxify and reduce water retention by speeding up my metabolism. The procedure takes about 20 minutes and after that I feel that my skin is more nourish and is silky smooth.
Next, is my favourite scalp spa wellness treatment to restore a healthier scalp. Using Physia Pure Essential Oils, the masseuse gently massage by scalp to dissolve toxins and improve blood and lymphatic circulation. Follow by Physia Detox Essence to eliminate toxin and oxygenate the cells and encourage new hair growth. Finally apply Physia Dermolenitive Mask which is suitable for all skin type and dry itchy sensitive scalp to sooth and moisturize my scalp and hair follicles.
After 20 minutes in thermal blanket, it’s time for me to grab a shower to cleanse my body and hair. This is not the end of my treatment as I’m heading back to the spa room for a full body relaxing massage. Using Uvaslim cream the contains grape seed extract and Vitamin E, the masseuse gently knead my body using firm strokes to promote deep relaxation. This product also helps to firm and tone the body as well. Got to say I loved the Vino Top To Toe Therapy as my skin is more radiant and silky.
In another room, my sister has also finished her massage and was gushing how fantastic her massage was. Guess she enjoyed her massage treatment greatly 😀
Before heading home, I took my sister for a cuppa at the café located in Phillip Wain and surprised her with a sliced of cake. (Coz her actual birthday is only happening at the end of December). She was really happy and of course when I told her the spa treat is on me, she can barely refrain from squealing in happiness.
