Chef Natsasi Noo-in Brings Her Bold Fusion Flavors to Nipah and Étoile

Foodies, mark your calendars! From 25 to 29 June 2025, EQ Kuala Lumpur will host an exclusive culinary collaboration with renowned Thai chef and sustainable meat expert, Chef Natsasi Noo-in — better known as Chef Natt or the Lady Butcher. This special event is presented in partnership with Meat & Livestock Australia, spotlighting premium Australian beef in bold, innovative dishes.

Chef Natt is Thailand’s leading meat specialist, a beef ambassador for Meat & Livestock Australia, and the chef-owner of Lady Butcher restaurant in Bangkok. With a PhD background and over 15 years of experience, she has earned acclaim for combining scientific butchery techniques with Thai fusion cuisine. Her commitment to sustainability, zero-waste cooking, and farm-to-table principles makes her a global trailblazer in the world of meat preparation.

She will be having a 5 days residency presenting specially curated line-up of Australian beef dishes at EQ’s popular dining venues — Nipah and Étoile. This is truly a one in  a lifetime experience!
