This special event is presented in partnership with Meat & Livestock Australia, spotlighting premium Australian beef in bold, innovative dishes.
Chef Natt is Thailand’s leading meat specialist, a beef ambassador for Meat & Livestock Australia, and the chef-owner of Lady Butcher restaurant in Bangkok. With a PhD background and over 15 years of experience, she has earned acclaim for combining scientific butchery techniques with Thai fusion cuisine. Her commitment to sustainability, zero-waste cooking, and farm-to-table principles makes her a global trailblazer in the world of meat preparation.

She will be having a 5 days residency presenting specially curated line-up of Australian beef dishes at EQ’s popular dining venues — Nipah and Étoile. This is truly a one in a lifetime experience!
