I was given the opportunity to review the scrumptious buffet faring for Christmas and New Year buffet at Serena Brasserie. Their buffet menu is quite interesting as its a mix of local traditional flavours with a westernized touch. Here are some highlited dishes to try Hyderabad Lamb Briyani, Crab with Salted Egg, Whole Red Snapper with Salty Sweet & Sour and Salt Crusted Norwegian Salmon. Apart from the classic Roasted Turkey, InterContinental KL also introduced Rendang Turkey. I’ve got to say the Rendang Turkey tasted delicious!
All time classic Christmas dish must have is the Roasted Prime Ribs. Smackingly juicy and tender at the right places!
Everyone knows I’m a sweet tooth person. That night, I certainly filled my tummy with tons of sweet desserts. My top favourites are Mini Pecan Pies, Vienna Sacher Cake and Green Tea yule log. Pair it with hot pipping latte or coffee would be the best *wink*
