Are you a fan of crabs? Well, you’re in luck as Hilton Kuala Lumpur, will tempt you with their crustacean journey at its all-day dining restaurant, Vasco’s.

From 1st – 30th April, seafood lovers are in for a feast of Crab Chow Down! Be prepared for your tummy will be served with an array of authentic crab dishes prepared with fresh crabmeat and roe to enjoy. In preparation of this crab feast, Vasco’s especially procured crabs locally to support businesses from the coasts of Sarawak and Straits of Johor.

The Crab Chow Down is only available for Vasco’s during dinner time. Seafood lovers gets to enjoy a mix of robust crab dishes prepared from different cuisines such as Indian, Malay, Chinese and Japanese. There’s also the live tom yam cooking station which uses four different crabs; blue swimmer crabs, flower crabs, baby crabs and soft shell crabs.

Diners will be spoilt for choice at the amazing varieties prepared at Vasco’s. Start your journey with light with Flower Crabs on Ice, Crab Salmon Rolls or a Malay-style crab salad called Kerabu Ketam with Avocado before heating things up with a warm bowl of tom yam soup with a choice of having either the Blue Swimmer Crab or Flower Crab.

Next, head for the scrumptious aromatic spice flavors crab dishes such as Kam Heong Crab and Stir Fried Chili Crab. If you loved a good bowl of warm broth, the Chinese Section has prepared a generous serving of braised crabmeat soup to enjoy.

Moving on, the Malay section has prepared several authentic and popular crab dishes. Try the Malay-style Crab Curry or the Crab and Pineapple cooked with coconut gravy. For fried options, the Malay section will be offering Crispy Baby Crab with Vasco’s special sauce on the side.

If you’re ready to be more adventurous, you must check out the Indian section featuring rich spice flavors in the  Goan Crab Curry, Crab Chanttinadu, and Crab cooked in Tandoori style.
