A gorgeous plated creation that captured my sight was the Nutella Bacon. Just imagine Nutella with caramelized banana topped with grilled bacon and mix with a sprinkle of walnuts, truffle honey and blueberries just fairly boggle my mind. I was blown away with the amazing taste and texture combination. From the sweetness of the bananas with generous Nutella spread plus the crisp and saltiness from the bacon was seriously divine; my palate was just begging for more. We also had pizza that night and it’s the popular “Sin” is King Pork Pizza. This is definitely a sinful crisp pizza for it’s filled with hearty back bacon, minced pork, spicy sausage, streaky bacon chips and pork floss. On top of that it has red pepper sauce, olives, red pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, onion and parsley as well.

As usual, we end our dinner with desserts and we had the best seller in Tiki Taka.

First up was the Nutella Bacon Wantons. Its deep fried nutella and bacon wantons served with macerated berries and balsamic glaze dip. On the top of the wantons, you’ll find a sprinkle of snow sugar.
