I’m a fan of hot pot whether it’s for lunch or dinner, you name the place and I’ll be there. Fortunately for me, my sister and niece are fans of hot pot too. Together, we head to Enju Restaurant, Pullman KLCC to try out their Lao-Yi-Lao Hot Pot Dinner Buffet!
Enju Restaurant is located at Level 2 of Pullman KLCC and the restaurant gives off a comfy ambience which puts us at ease. There are more than 100 items available in at Lao-Yi-Lao Hot Pot Dinner Buffet. You can choose from your favourite from beef bacon, beef ribeye, crabs, tiger prawn, sabak clam, seabass fillet, squids, mussels, scallops, sliced jade abalone and many more!
Here’s the condiment area where you can create your own sauce dipping to your liking. Feel free to be creative while whipping up your dipping sauce.
There’s are 6 types of soup base selection available in this hot pot dinner. There’s spicy mala broth, tomato & sweet corn broth, herbal chicken broth, wild mushroom broth, clear winter melon broth and Thai style tom yam broth. We selected the herbal chicken broth and Thai style tom yam broth. Got to say each of the broth was flavourful and aromatic.
Check out the unlimited steamboat ingredients, meat, seafood and plus varieties of vegetables.
For us the main highlights were the fresh seafood. That includes live crab, prawns and yabbies. You can request the chef to prepare it at the kitchen or dip into the hotpot on your own! It was so fresh that we order additional plates of crab and prawns.
On the side, there’s also great choices of fresh sashimi, sushi and grilled skewers too.
For me the night must always end with desserts, and I was more than happy to indulge in the assorted mouth-watering desserts. There are pastries, ice-cream, chilled longan and many more.
