Guardian launches ‘Bring Your Own Orange Bag’ Campaign

Guardian launched its ‘Bring Your Own Orange Bag‘ campaign at Malacca recently in support of Malaysia Environment Week (Minggu Alam Sekitar). The Guardian BYOB campaign was created from funds collected from its participation in a nationwide ministry initiative, the ‘No Plastic Bag Day‘ campaign. Present at the launch was Malaysian actress and host, Deanna Yusoff who practices using reusable bags and is happy to lend her support to the cause.

Revealing three exclusive design reusable bags  aptly name Trust, Passion and Inspiration which are the three key aspects that best represents Guardian’s values. Trust the first bag, depicts the reliability of Guardian’s available health products. Meanwhile, second bag Passion, represents confidence and beauty from the wide range of beauty products. Lastly, Inspiration which best describes fun, overall well-being and positive-living gained from Guardian’s assorted lifestyle accessories.

Deanna Yusoff was also there to present prizes to winners of Guardian’s Final Challenge from BYOB’s 4-day facebook contest.

As part of the grand launch, Guardian stores in Malacca will received an early-release of the Trust bag. The nationwide release will spanned over a three-week period as follows:

  • Trust – 29th October to 4th November 2015
  • Passion – 5th November to 11th November 2015
  • Inspiration – 12th November to 18th November 2015

A total of 150,000 reusable bags will be distributed free-of-charge with every purchase of RM80 and above in a single receipt. For CIMB cardholders an exclusive privilege of RM60 with every purchase in a single receipt.

A contest is also held in conjunction of the BYOB launch. Simply submit a selfie with any BYOB bags, hashtag #GuardianBYOB and follow @GuardianMalaysia on Instagram. 80 lucky winners will stand to win RM80 Guardian Gift Certificate. Contest starts from 22 October to 18 November 2015.
