If you love steamboat, you’ll probably have tried Yezi before. A well-known steamboat restaurant, Yezi serves luxurious Chinese delicacies that’s bound to set your taste bud aflame. In conjunction with MIGF (Malaysia International Gastronomy Festival), Yezi is debuting new creations to surprised and enticed patrons taste bud.

Appetiser  – Golden Ball

A new creation from Yezi with a twist is the Malacca-inspired Chicken Rice Ball. It’s deep fried to perfection and coated with Saffron and salted egg batter. Creative and tasty to boot!

Palette Cleanser – Pickled Vegetables

Broth – Ginseng Herbal Jelly Soup with Black Chicken

This broth is set to make you salivate with its fragrant Ginseng Herbal Soup with moist tender Black Chicken. Every spoonful is divine for the soup is sweet and filled with collagen.

Mains – Black Sesame Balls (Squid) , Coriander Balls (Squid) , Lobster Balls (Lobster) & Black Pepper with Cheese Ball (Chicken)

There are four yummilicious balls for your selection like delicious Black Sesame Balls (Squid) , Coriander Balls (Squid) , Lobster Balls (Lobster) and the Black Pepper with Cheese Ball (Chicken). My favourite among the it are Lobster Balls that’s extremely juicy and Black Pepper with Cheese Ball that oozes cheese. All of it has a bouncy texture!

Speciality Dumpling – Coconut Dumpling & Shao Xing Dumpling

There’s two handmade dumplings served like Coconut Dumpling filled with shredded coconut or Shao Xing Dumpling which contains a hint of bittersweet Shao Xing wine. Both are amazingly fresh and juicy.

Wonders of the Sea – Tiger Prawns, White Clams , Razor Clams and Prawn Paste.

Here’s some fresh greens comprising of Mixed Vegetables and Mushroom to accompany your steamboat together with crisp Handmade Fu Chok Rolls and Noodles. The noodles are pretty interesting as you can opt for pumpkin, black sesame, coriander or normal flavour.
