I was one of the lucky bloggers to be invited by Philips for a fun experimenting session with Philips KeraShine range recently.
Curling my hair
The event begun with a brief introduction from Ms. Jacinta Albert, communications manager from Philips Malaysia. She revealed a majority of 51% and 34% of Malaysian women stated that hair damage is a main factor that discourages them from owning or comfortably using a hair dryer or hair styling tools at home. Thus, they’ve designed the new Philips KeraShine range which combines hair styling with hair care.
The products encompasses the areas of heat protection, hair nourishment and frizz reduction that allows you to style your hair without damaging it. Philips KeraShine styling tools feature a protective ceramic coating infused with keratin and paired with ionic care technology which gives us a smooth and glossy hair look!
What’s Keratin? Keratin exists in hair strands to give us supple, flexible texture and healthy sheen. On top of that, it’s able to tolerate large temperatures fluctuations, protecting our hair from the biting cold or scorching sun. Below a quick glance of the Philips KeraShine range:

A quick demonstration by Bryan Teh of Chezz Technique Salon, demonstrated the use of these new tools was shown before we were grouped together for a challenge. Although we didn’t win the group challenge, we had a smashing time creating ‘biker rock chick’ look on me.
The winning team was nickname ‘Frozen’ because of the matching ‘OOTD’ on Elana.
