Being a fan of Nando’s , I was excited to check out their new menu for this year. Today, Nando’s introduces to fans their new menu that contains delicious high quality ingredients featuring 9 premium burgers, pitas and wraps. These new dishes together with any main course are also available with 1 side, 2 sides or for the pint-size eater, it can even be ordered on its own!
The new menu encourages us to try something new as Nando’s introduces creative ways of satisfying our lemon and herb, mild, hot and extra hot PERI-PERI cravings. We were given labels to label our favourite dishes from the new menu. So, let me quickly introduce the 9 premium burgers, pitas and wraps. For the meat lovers, you can opt to try Nando’s Chicken Wrap which is served with tender chicken, chili jam, lettuce and yogurt sauce or Chicken Caesar Wrap that is served in toasted wrap with PERI-PERI chicken, parmesan cheese, cunchy croutons, tomatoes and Caesar dressing
Apart from wraps, do check out Chicken Pita which is served with chicken tender strips, crisp veggie salad and creamy whip. If you do not favour wraps or pitas. Try the amazing Chicken Breast Burger that is served on toasted Portuguese Roll with tomato, fresh rocket, pickled red onions and PERinaise sauce.
My favourite from the new menu would be Nandoca’s Burger served with PERI-PERI chicken breast, coleslaw on toasted garlic roll. While my friend opted for Steak Burger which is Prime Australian Beef steak served with spicy red pepper dip, pickled red onions and fresh rocket leaf.
Now, if meat are not your thing, you can always try the vegetable decadent mix consisting of Roasted Veggie Wrap served with couscous, feta cheese and hummus. Black Mushroom & Halloumi Wrap served with Portobello mushroom and premium Halloumi Cheese. Last but not least Veggie Burger served on toasted Portuguese roll spread with Chili Jam and yoghurt sauce.
As mentioned, I voted my favourite the Nandoca’s Burger and I was not disappointed as the chicken breast was extremely tender and flavoursome. During the event, we have some fun activities and my table mates managed to score the most winning entries for the ‘Pop Quiz‘ session. For the first time ever, I actually did my homework and walked away with two fantastic prizes.
With the launch of the new menu, fans are now more spoilt for choice. However, fret not as our favourite all time classics the famous ¼ chicken set is still available at only RM12.90 on its own, RM15.90 with 1 side and RM18.90 wit 2 sides. Never like nandos because their chicken somehow tastes oily despite being grilled. Prefer roasted chicken 🙂
