Planning a holiday for the family can be stressful especially finding rooms that can fit a family of 4 or more. Worry, no more as Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences (Pullman KLCC), family suite can host a family of 4 to 5 pax. Pullman KLCC recently completed revamp its facilities for the residences which include the 2-Bedroom Family Suite, Living Space (exclusive lounge for residences) and The Zone (play area for fun, gaming and entertainment). Needless to say, I was excited to check out the revamp and quickly packed my family up for a much needed weekend getaway.
Upon arrival and registering ourselves at the counter, we were ushered into Pullman KLCC Hotel & Residences area and was whisk up to Level 21. Entering the 2-Bedroom Family Suite, we were definitely blown away by the huge space of 107 sqm residence. The family suite comes furnished with a living room and kitchen as well.
What’s lovely is the beautiful kid’s bedroom which is decorated with colourful wallpapers, toys, Playstation and bunk bed. Yes, you heard me right it’s a bunk bed that’s extremely sturdy and comfy. Even, my husband was tempted to sleep there for the night. The kid’s bath tub is filled with every toy imaginable and comes with a bathrobe (my son was squealing in delight seeing the Mickey Mouse bathrobe).
The master bedroom is equally splendour with its red gold furnishing and has a TV as well (Yipee…I don’t need to share with the kids for the night). Full amenities is provided from bathroom toiletries, iron, torchlight, kitchen utensils and lots more.
Finished our unpacking, we headed for the swimming pool. My husband was in utter bliss enjoying the Jacuzzi (in fact he fell asleep in it) and my little son was having fun in the pool. Feeling hungry after our swimming activity, we ordered fish & chips and ice cream from the Terrance Pool & Bar Grill.
Headed back to our family suite for a quic shower and imagine our suprise of receiving a welcome candy platter from Pullman KLCC 😀
Being in a hotel has its perk, there’s no need to step outside even for dinner. For dinner, we went to Eucocino Brasserie and enjoyed our dinner buffet feast. A variety of food was available ranging from grill, bbq, seafood, desserts and lots more.
After dinner, we went to The Zone (before it was known as the Kid’s Club). This is certainly a fun entertainment area for kids and adults alike. In here, you’ll find gaming gadgets such as computer, Playstation and Xbox. Toddlers can have fun with the slides and toys provided. If gadgets are not your thing, then head over to the ping pong table. The Zone is open daily from 9am – 10pm for hotel and residences’ guests.
Next to The Zone was the Living Space (formerly known as the Residence Lounge). It’s now refurbished into a chill out area for guests of the residences. Best part, it has a built-in home theatre room where one can enjoy watching movies or live sports. Besides serving daily continental breakfast, Living Space also offers complimentary coffee/tea during the day. Apart from that, residents can also enjoy Happy hour promotion from 5pm – 7pm daily with a 2 for 1 offer on Draught Beer.
That night, we slept like a baby (the bed was just too comfortable). Next morning, before checking out we enjoyed a nice comfy continental breakfast at Living Space. As we still have time, we headed over to The Zone (at the kid’s request) for one last round of fun activities. We were quite reluctant to check out of Pullman KLCC and shall look forward to another visit soon!
