Heading out of Klang for a delicious cup of coffee or great food is no longer necessary with the booming of cafes opening in this town. With this, I found myself a new café named Rare Art Koffee which recently just opened in Bukit Tinggi 1, Klang.
What’s unique about this café apart from the tasty food is the fact that it’s like an art gallery. The décor is a mixture of chic and modern vintage. There are many art pieces and antiques placed in the café, which makes a great photo opportunity. Customers can also purchase some of the art item placed in the café.
To kick start my food journey, I ordered some of their signature cold drinks such as Signature Chocolate (with chocolate ice cream), Signature Coffee (with vanilla ice cream) and Signature Thick Shake (with expresso). Loved all of the drinks especially the generous ice cream servings.
Next, my ordered Fishtastic arrived. Its deep fried fish fingers paired with tartar sauce that’s extra crisp.
My next dish is certainly unique, it’s the Lamb Stew which is only available during certain period. The aromatic spice wafting from the soup got me salivating for more. The garlic bread was a winner as well extremely crunchy. My son loved this dish and practically finish half of it.
The Signature Hawaiian Cheese Fried Rice is chewy and al-dente oozing with generous topping of melted parmesan cheese. The juicy pineapple bits was extremely sweet. Definitely, a must try here!
I also tried the Turkey Ham Mushroom Carbonara which is cooked in thick cream sauce and salted turkey ham.
The hot favourite of Rare Art Koffee is none other than Rare Art Tower. It’s actually the outlet special chicken burger with 17 layers of fresh vegetables, fried chicken, chicken patty, egg and cheese. It’s served with wedges and accompanied with generous BBQ sauce. Every bite is simply scrumptious and it’s a must try as well!
For me, the best dish was definitely their signature Rare Art Tower and Signature Hawaiian Cheese Fried Rice. If you’ve never been to this café, come and try their signature dish for yourself.
