CzipVillage 2025: Malaysia’s First Creative Market Draws Over 5,000 Visitors

In a world increasingly driven by digital connections, CzipVillage 2025 offered a refreshing return to real-world community and creativity. Held at The Venue @ ONE Bangsar on 21–22 June, this unique two-day event brought together over 5,000 visitors, uniting families, creatives, and journalling enthusiasts in Malaysia’s first-ever creative market of its kind.

Spearheaded by homegrown stationery shop CzipLee (集利), in collaboration with Sumthings of Mine, the visionary behind SOMe Market, this two-day creative market blossomed into a village of inspiration and warmth. The vision was brought to life through the support of venue partner Bangsar Village, community partner OCBC bank and main sponsor Oatbedient, a premium oatmilk brand.

The event’s immersive atmosphere was further enhanced by the expert touch of MINT Events, a creative agency specialising in experiential design. Featuring 72 curated vendors in journaling, stationery, crafts, children’s workshops, and local food. Some of the highlights in CzipVillage 2025 includes:

  • SOMe Market 4.0: The region’s largest journalling market with over 60 vendors from Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and beyond.
  • CzipKid & Friends: A dedicated space for families with hands-on workshops, storytelling sessions with Malaysian authors, and even mini booths run by kids.
  • Miffy’s 70th Anniversary: A themed celebration featuring art exhibitions, tea parties, photo ops, and Miffy-themed treats.
  • Tasty Local Treats: Featuring Cocoraw Chocolates, Universal Bakehouse, Bisou Bake Shop, Waka-Waka Gelato, and more.
  • Creative Activities: From oatmilk workshops by Oatbedient to postcard-making with CzipLee, there was something for all ages.

CzipVillage wasn’t just a market—it was a community-driven space that celebrated creativity, connection, and local entrepreneurship. With the success of its first edition, the team behind CzipVillage is already looking forward to building a growing platform for SMEs, families, and creative souls in Malaysia.
