Malaysia’s Ultimate Beer Job just landed in Malaysia and I bet you want to know who to apply for it! Guinness Malaysia is rewriting the rules of recruitment with the launch of a bold new campaign — a nationwide hunt for its very first Chief Pint Officer (CPO). This unique opportunity blends passion, quality, and community with the chance to represent one of the world’s most iconic beer brands.
The Guinness Chief Pint Officer will serve as a quality ambassador, someone who knows how to spot a perfectly poured Guinness Draught and celebrates the precision and craft behind every pint. Plus factor – There’s no resume needed!

To apply, applicant must be Non-Muslim and 21 years or older and based in Malaysia. Most importantly passionate about Guinness quality and pouring standards. To enter, participants must perform the Guinness Tilt Test — a simple way to check pint quality — and:
- Snap a photo of a pint that passes the Tilt Test.
- Share it on Instagram Stories.
- Tag @GuinnessMY and use #GuinnessTiltMY.
Each valid entry boosts the applicant’s position on the weekly leaderboard. The top 20 with the most perfect pints by 31 July 2025 will move on to the next round. Being the CPO comes with special perks too, such as :
- All-expenses-paid trip to Dublin, including a visit to the Guinness Storehouse
- Monthly supply of Guinness
- VIP access to exclusive events
- RM100 credit for Arthur’s Storehouse
- RM888 birthday celebration
- Entry into the Guinness Leadership Programme
Finalists will receive advanced training in the 7Cs of the Perfect Pour and compete in a final challenge to determine Malaysia’s first CPO.

Join from your favourite Guinness-serving bar or from home with a Guinness Draught in a Can (GDIC) — just pour it properly in a clear glass and take the Tilt Test. If you need help refining your pour, head to one of 25 selected bars for a CPO Open Day, where Guinness brand ambassadors will offer training and tips.

With this campaign, Guinness aims to spotlight quality, community engagement, and the craftsmanship behind every pour — turning fans into ambassadors and moments into milestones.
