Char Choy Fish Ball Noodles
One of the signature dish at Esquire Kitchen is the Char Choy Fish Ball Noodles. A bowl of hearty warm noodles filled with sweet broth and bouncy fish balls. Perfect to be enjoy throughout the day!
Sesame Minced Pork Shanghai Noodle
Another signature dish and I highly recommend this dish! The delish springy noodles are topped with generous portions of minced meat. On the side, you’ll find crunchy peanuts and thinly sliced cucumber and carrots. Tossed all the ingredients together and you’ll have a bowl of slightly spiced sesame scent noodles. Simply irresistible!
Pork Chop Noodles
Fret not pork chop lovers for Esquire Kitchen has got you covered as well. You can opt for your noodles to be served with thinly sliced pork chop on top. It definitely packs a punch!
Cantonese Style Mixed Rice
A dish filled with Cantonese ‘wok hei’. Enjoy your Cantonese Styled Mixed Rice which is drenched with flavorful delicious gravy. Each scoop of the rice is just divine and melts away in the mouth.
Stir Fry LatChi Chicken Rice
If you’re a fan of spicy chicken, then you must order this aromatic dish. Each bite of the spice herbs chicken will light up your palate. Especially when the meat is plump with fragrant juices.
Prawns in Golden Salted Egg (RM 53.90)
One of my favourite ala-carte dish for the day! Indulge your taste bud in the creamy salted egg prawns. Savor the sensation of the golden gravy melting in your mouth. You can also opt to pair it with a bowl of warm rice.
Mok Shue Yok (Regular RM26.50 | Large RM33)
Now, this is something that I enjoyed as well. Mok Shue Yok is similar to ‘popiah’ aka spring rolls. Take a piece of the thin dough (spring roll) and filled it with vermicelli, scallions, beansprouts, eggs, carrots, black fungus and minced pork. Thereafter, wrapped it and pop it into your mouth. You’ll be amazed at the rush of mixed flavors jumping in your mouth.
Wow! It was certainly a fantabulous meal I had that day. If you’re nearby, head over to check it out for yourself.
Till then, thanks for reading and keep a lookout for my next ‘makan’ journey 😀
