It’s the time of the year again, where my son excitedly wait to celebrate his birthday. This year it was special as he get to choose his own cake. He requested for his favourite cartoon ‘policar’ character to be done in a 3D cake. After searching for several bakeries, I was highly recommended by friends to try Catherine Cakery.
This is my first time ordering a 3D cake and I was slightly apprehensive on how it will turn out. I was totally blown away when I collected the cake from Catherine Cakery. It was better than what I imagined. The owner Catherine was really talented and friendly. She even advised me on how to store the cake to ensure it stay moist till evening.

Now, I’ve heard horror stories on beautiful 3D cakes that taste really bad. However, got to say hands down to Catherine Cakery for the Chocolate Moist cake I ordered was indeed scrumptious. Filled with a decadence of soft and rich chocolate, the moist cake just melts in your mouth.
