Sumptuous Raya Feast @ Garden Grille, Hilton Holiday Inn Puchong

Bringing back last year’s successful “Jom Makan” theme, Hilton Malaysia encourages guests to dine together as the sun sets while relishing the companionship of many.

As Malaysians, we are brought together by the diverse and unique flavours of our food. Hence the theme ‘Jom Makan’, a local lingo that is affectionately embraced by all Malaysians. It is a joyful merriment of good food, get-togethers and a time to celebrate with loved ones.

There’s more than 100 authentic dishes served at Garden Grille, Hilton Holiday Inn Puchong. Diners are definitely spoilt for choice. The Garden Grille introduces kampung-inspired flavours and dishes with its ‘Selera Desa’ buffet dinner this Ramadan. From traditional Malay salads, to time-tested deliciousness such as Gulai Kawah, Bubur Lambuk, and many more, diners are in for a treat for evergreen favourites with a modern twist.

One of the hot favorites during the media preview is Ketupat Lebaran, the traditional celebratory dish of rice cake with rich side dishes. The common side dishes are Beef Rendang (Beef Dry Stew), Beef Liver in Spicy Gravy, Spicy Vegetable Soup, Chicken Curry Soup, and Marbled Soy Egg; while the condiments are fried shallots, shrimp crackers, and red chili sauce. Each dish is plated individually and arranged buffet style on a table; ready to be plated for serving.
